Clarification of Regulatory Status of Dernintec and Delmoosv

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and the public to two scams in which two firms falsely claim to be regulated by the DFSA.

The scammers falsely represent that Dernintec ltd. and Delmoosv are authorised by the DFSA in two fraudulent domains that clone the DFSA’s Public Register website, namely:

  •   dubai-certifications-finance.net/firm-537602.html
  •    dubai-certifications-finance.net/firm-722948.html

The clones of the DFSA’s Public Register website include fake DFSA reference numbers for the two firms.  The numbers are in the wrong format for DFSA Authorised Firms.

In addition, the scammers have set up a fraudulent website – which uses the web address “delmoosv.com” and falsely claims that Delmoosv is “under regulation and supervision” of the DFSA.

The DFSA informs you that:

  •   Dernintec ltd and Delmoosv are not, and have never been authorised, by the DFSA;
  •  the DFSA website has been cloned, and the domains specified above have no connection whatsoever with the DFSA; and
  •  the legitimate Public Register website of the DFSA is available at www.dfsa.ae/public-register/firms

The DFSA strongly advises you not to respond to any communications regarding these scams, and under no circumstances should you send or give any money to any party connected to the scams.

The DFSA has a page on its website dedicated to alerts, which it has issued about scams. All alerts issued by the DFSA may be accessed by going to Alerts
The DFSA has also issued warnings and guidance about the common types of scams perpetrated on consumers.  For more information on these scams please go to How to avoid being scammed

The DFSA encourages consumers to refer to the list of regulated Firms and Authorised Individuals licensed by the DFSA that is available on the DFSA's Public Register
