The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) cautions the financial services community and the public about recent scams in which the DFSA’s Public Register web page has been cloned.
The scammers falsely claim to be authorised and regulated by the DFSA by using a fraudulent website which replicates the DFSA’s Public Register. The fraudulent website:

The DFSA recommends that you access the DFSA’s Public Register from the DFSA’s website (www.dfsa.ae) instead of doing so through a link provided by a third party. The DFSA also strongly advises that you do not correspond with the scammers.
The DFSA has a page on its website dedicated to alerts, which it has issued about scams. All alerts issued by the DFSA may be accessed by going to Alerts

The DFSA encourages consumers to refer to the list of regulated Firms and Authorised Individuals licensed by the DFSA that is available on the DFSA's Public Register
