The email claims to represent His Excellency Ahmed Humaid Al Tayer, Governor of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and invites individuals to participate as "investment portfolio holders and administrators".The email offers individuals an opportunity to share in a backlog of "Excess Maximum Return Capital Profits (EMRCP)" and may appear attractive to individuals seeking finance. This e-mail is linked to organised fraud and the DFSA strongly advises that you do not respond to the invitation.
