The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and members of the public about a website which falsely claims that a company called “RTFX Global Marketing (MENA) Limited” is regulated by the DFSA.
The website, which is originally in simple Chinese and refers to “RTO FX”, “RTFX International” or “RTFX”, falsely states that RTFX Global Marketing (MENA) Limited is regulated by the DFSA, with reference number F003533.
The DFSA confirms that the information on the website is false, and informs you that:
· there are no companies registered in the DIFC or regulated by the DFSA with the name “RTFX Global Marketing (MENA) Limited”; and
· the DFSA registered number quoted on the fraudulent website is not registered to any DFSA regulated firm.
The DFSA strongly advises that you do not respond to any communication regarding the scam, and under no circumstances should you send or give any money to any party in connection with the scam.
