To mark the occasion of Eid Al Fitr, the DFSA offices will be closed from 29th of Ramadan until 3rd of Shawwal which will be either:

• Thursday 16th July, 2015 until Sunday 19th July, 2015

Or

• Thursday 16th July, 2015 until Monday 20th July, 2015

The exact dates depend on the sighting of the moon as confirmed by an official announcement in the media.

Investor Complaints

In respect of any complaints of a regulatory nature, the closure of the DFSA offices does not affect your ability to lodge a complaint. However, please be aware that your complaint will only be reviewed by the DFSA, upon the reopening of our offices next week.
