The Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA") in the exercise of his powers under the Regulatory Law 2004, hereby issues the "November 2014 Edition" of the Regulatory Policy and Process ("RPP") Module of the DFSA Sourcebook replacing the "August 2014 Edition" which is consequently no longer in effect.

Appendix 1 to this instrument sets out the updated version of the RPP Sourcebook. This version may be cited as the "November 2014 Edition" and comes into effect on 23 November 2014.

Please note Chapters 5 and 7 have been replaced in the November 2014 Edition and no further changes have been made to the Module.
